Classification of evaporator methods

Liquid evaporates to absorb heat. Based on this principle, evaporators have been developed. The evaporator is one of the four major components of refrigeration and plays a very important role. The evaporator is composed of two parts: a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber for evaporation provides the machinery with the heat needed for evaporation to promote evaporation, and the evaporation chamber separates the gas and liquid phases.

 

The evaporator is mainly developed based on the principle of evaporation of high liquids, so the classification of evaporation has a greater impact on the evaporator.

 

1. Classification by evaporation method

According to the evaporation method, the evaporator can be divided into natural evaporation and boiling evaporation. Natural evaporation is the evaporation of liquid in the natural environment. For example, evaporating the liquid by drying is a natural evaporation method. This evaporator is simple to operate, but the efficiency is too low. The boiling method of evaporation is to heat the liquid to boiling. At high temperatures, the liquid evaporates quickly. Generally, the boiling method of evaporation is used in the industry. Through different methods of evaporation, the basic principles of the evaporator when working have been established.

 

2. Classify by heating method

Heating can speed up evaporation. In terms of heating methods, there are divided into direct heat source antipyretic and indirect heating methods. Direct heating means heating a heat source directly against the liquid, or using heat conduction to heat the liquid. Indirect heating is called incomprehensible. It is a barrier between the heat source and the liquid. It is usually a vessel filled with gas. By heating the vessel and then transferring the heat from the vessel to the liquid, indirect evaporation is achieved. When the evaporator is produced, the heating method will be selected according to the liquid used and the effect of evaporation, which will affect the different effects of the evaporator.
