What should I do if the evaporation pressure is too low when using the evaporator?

As a commonly used cooling equipment, evaporators play a very important role in life and industry, but it is inevitable that no matter how much mechanical equipment is used, some faults will always occur during the process of use. The key is whether the fault can be eliminated in time after a fault occurs so that it can continue to work. This is the same for evaporators.

 

A common failure in evaporators is that the evaporation pressure is too low. Many users always feel very anxious when encountering such a situation, because the cooling ability of the evaporator will continue to decline once such a failure occurs. Take the common air conditioner in life, for example, once the cooling speed and capacity are reduced, it is caused by the low evaporation pressure of the evaporator. Therefore, we must learn how to eliminate this fault. ​

 

What causes low evaporation pressure and how to solve it

If you want to eliminate the fault of low evaporation pressure, you must first understand why such a fault occurs. There are many reasons for such a fault, so users need to conduct testing. Below are a few common reasons.

1. Insufficient refrigerant is common and can be solved. Just add enough refrigerant to the evaporator to make the evaporator work normally.

2. Refrigerant leaks. Once this happens, we can only find a professional to arrange and repair it, because even replenishing refrigerant to the evaporator at this time will not help, because the device holding the refrigerant leaks and is being replenished. If so, there will be a shortage of refrigerant again in a short period of time. Therefore, professional personnel are needed to carry out testing and maintenance, which ordinary families cannot do.

3. The float valve fails. If this happens, the float valve needs to be repaired, otherwise the refrigerant liquid will not flow into the evaporator. Even if the refrigerant is sufficient, it will not work. After all, the refrigerant liquid cannot enter the evaporator. The evaporator cannot work and the evaporation pressure will naturally decrease.
