Because the evaporator will produce gases with two different phenomena: high temperature and low temperature when it is in operation, it is impossible to operate this production equipment well without professional training. Since different types of evaporators have different components, their operation is often very different. Here we will introduce some common evaporator operation methods.
1. Boot up operation
The first thing that needs to be turned on is the vacuum pump, which needs to be used to pump out all the air inside the evaporator to form a relatively good vacuum environment. When the vacuum value reaches a quantitative value, it is necessary to start proceeding as expected. Generally speaking, when the vacuum value reaches about-0.08, it is necessary to start the heating chamber to form steam.
Then, the raw liquid is introduced from the inlet. During the entire process, the overall operating efficiency of the equipment and whether some common operating faults will occur are monitored at any time. When feeding, heating and discharging reach a balance, it can be regarded as a stable operation process.
2. Shutdown operation
When the equipment needs to be stopped, the first equipment that needs to be turned off is the steam generator. First, the steam inlet valve is closed. Then, when the overall temperature of the equipment drops, different equipment needs to be turned off normally. At the same time, attention should be paid to temperature observation. Before the vacuum pump stops running, the temperature of all equipment is in a normal state, and then the operation of the vacuum pump is stopped and air is input into the equipment.
When stopping different equipment, the relevant order needs to be strictly followed to avoid failures caused by operating errors. At the same time, some dirt that appears during the production process of equipment must be removed in a timely manner.
